Sherman reached out quickly after we submitted the online quote request and discussed details and went over the process with us. We needed a project done quickly since we had an open house scheduled in a few days and he fit us right in! Scott came and did an amazing job.
Scott did an excellent job repairing the cracks and re-texturing our walls. He was punctual, professional, and took his time to ensure the texture blended seamlessly with the surrounding area - you can't even tell there was ever any damage.
Scott did an incredible job on our kitchen ceiling. Timely, very professional, and high quality work. We would highly recommend them for any drywall work!
Valencia was developed by the Newhall Land and Farming Company starting in the 1960s, with its first homes finished in 1967. Building continued for decades, and today the typical home in Valencia’s ZIP codes dates to 1991, with only about 26% built before 1980 (US Census). Most walls here carry spray orange peel or knockdown texture applied to the same pattern across a whole tract, so the repair has to match it closely.
Newer homes have their own wear. Framing settles in the first years, which shows up as cracks at door and window corners and along ceiling seams. The 1994 Northridge earthquake also hit the Santa Clarita Valley hard, and some older Valencia homes still carry cracks or patched seams from it.
About 29% of Valencia homes are rented. Owners and property managers can send photos for a quote and schedule repairs between tenants.
Valencia is built as a set of named villages, and we repair walls and ceilings in all of them, including Northbridge, Bridgeport, Summit, Copperhill, Valencia Hills, Old Orchard, the Woodlands and Tesoro del Valle at the north end. Newer homes in FivePoint Valencia, west of Interstate 5, are part of our area too.
Most Valencia homes sit in ZIP codes 91354 and 91355, along streets that feed McBean Parkway and Valencia Boulevard. If your home is in one of these villages, text photos for a quote.

We look at the damage in person or from your photos, check for moisture and soft spots, and give you a clear price before any work starts.
Floors, furniture and fixtures get covered and masked. We cut back to solid material and add backing wherever the patch needs support.
New drywall goes in, then we tape, float and sand until the surface is flat and strong, with no ridges or seams showing.
We match the texture, prime the repair and blend the paint so the patch disappears in normal light. Then we clean up.

| Nail pops and fine cracks | $100 - $300 | Often bundled with other work |
| Small holes (up to 2 in.) | $120 - $450 per hole | Quick patch, usually under an hour |
| Medium holes (3 - 6 in.) | $200 - $650 per spot | May need a backer board |
| Large cut-outs (1 - 4 sq ft) | $350 - $1,000+ | Usually more than one visit to finish |
| Ceiling repairs | $350 - $1,500+ | Overhead access and texture add time |
| Water damage repairs | $500 - $2,500+ | Wet drywall removed, dried, rebuilt |
Most repairs land between $350 and $1,500. Small jobs usually carry a $350 to $650 minimum, so bundling several fixes into one visit saves money. These are typical ranges, not a quote. Read the full drywall repair cost guide.

An impact hole behind a door, with cracks running off it. We cut back to solid drywall, added backing, set a new piece, then taped, floated and matched the wall texture.

After a flood cut along the lower walls, we hung new drywall, finished the seams and painted so the room looks untouched.

After a leak, the kitchen wall was opened to the studs. We hung new drywall, finished it and painted to match.

A leak left a large brown stain across the ceiling next to a fan. We cut out the damaged section, fitted a new panel and retextured the ceiling.
Floors, furniture and fixtures are covered before we cut or sand anything.
We cut back to firm material and add backing, so patches stay flat and do not crack.
We feather the repair wide, so it disappears under lights and daylight.
We test the texture on site until it matches the wall around it.
We tell you when a touch-up will work and when a full repaint looks better.
